Language and Communication Skills
Communication skills are exceedingly important and in particular, English language skills. Being able to speak and write in English gives the student an advantage in the competitive job environment.
One should be better equipped with Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills (LSRW skills), and the best way to develop these skills is only through practice. To encourage students towards English language skills, activities are conducted in college that involve students and allow them to communicate, share and respond through student-centered communication activities.
The programmes include activities like students’ seminars, presentations, students’ assembly, and poster presentations that demand meaningful communication. The activities are customized to help students overcome inhibition and are organized according to the ability of students and the focus is always to make students feel comfortable while improving their language skills.
