Life Skills (Yoga, Physical Fitness, Health & Hygiene)

Life skills help youngsters develop a positive attitude and an ability to overcome and find solutions to issues and problems that one meets in daily life. The pressure to excel and compete is subjecting students to undue stress and low self-esteem. Hence students should be taught life skills to help them meet challenges in life through self-discipline and confidence.

Furthermore, young people often have to deal with anger issues and peer competition which could be frustrating sometimes. Hence the college seriously considers the subject of life skills. Consequently, various core and related themes and activities have been identified and organized to develop life skills in students.
