Effective use of ICT in teaching- learning and evaluation.
Hand holding of academically backward students by conducting bridge and remedial classes.
Departmental Library with good number of reference books.
Guidance and coaching for various PGCET’s of different central and state universities.
Exposing students to various institutes of prominence (IICT, UOH, SHAR, CIPET etc) for inculcating interest in research as well as in industry.

Achievements of the depertment:
Organized the State level workshops & National Seminars.
Three UGC Sponsored Minor Research Projects were completed.
Preparation of Lab manuals for B.Sc Students.
Good ranks in CET exams and progression of students into various central and state universities.
Some of the faculty have acted /are acting as members of BoS of the affiliating university and various autonomous colleges and are actively involved in syllabus revision/ upgradation
