Well-equipped lab with required instrumentation to conduct basic practical-

Newly joined students are introduced to fundamentals in biochemistry by conducting bridge course -
Conducting certificate course in MLT and providing internship to students at nearby diagnostic labs.
Department has MoU with University,College, hospital and diagnostic centers
Departmental Library with good number of reference books (included international editions) and PG entrance practice books.
Introduced bioinformatics and biostatistics as a course.
Guidance and coaching to blessed learners for admission in to CUCET and PGCET
Exposing students to research institutes and Industry by conducting study visits.
A Good mentor system to help students to achieve carrier objectives.-
Organizing guest lectures for students to have educational experience in the specific field of guest lecturer.

Faculty acted as BoS Biochemistry chairperson for Krishna University, and BoS member for other colleges

Faculty acted as state LMS biochemistry coordinator for Phase-1 content generation

The department participated extensive activities such as lab to school program, clean Andhra and green Andhra etc.
The department celebrates the National science day with active participation of students.
